SBTET - Academics - Payment of Affiliation fee for the A.Y. 2017-18 - Intimation - Regarding.
With reference to the subject cited, SBTET has been granting affiliations to the Aided/Un-aided
private polytechnics/ Polytechnics in Engg colleges offering diploma in II shift on remittance of fee at
the rate of Rs. 1 lakh for up to three courses and Rs.1.5 lakhs for more than three courses offered in the
respective colleges for the last eight years
In this connection, it was decided in the 2nd Board meeting of SBTET for the enhancement of
affiliation fee per candidate as per sanctioned intake per year. The 2nd Board Meeting held on
17.09.2016 has approved the proposal and recommended the enhancement of affiliation fee as Rs.500/-
(Rupees five hundred only) per candidate basing on sanctioned intake from the academic year 2017-18
onwards and the same was communicated vide reference (2) cited above.
In view of the above, the Managements/Principals of the Aided / Un-Aided private Polytechnics
and Engineering colleges offering diploma in second shift are informed to pay the affiliation fee as
mentioned in the annexure against the institution by online transfer to The Secretary, SBTET TS
bearing A/C No. 08712121017974; IFSC Code: ORBC0100871; OBC (Oriental Bank of
Commerce), Khairatabad from any nationalized bank and submit the original copy of payment receipt
(Bank voucher)stamped with college code on or before 12.06.2017 in order to issue affiliation for the
academic year 2017-18.
